Thank you for your purchase of a Chicago VIP package, we are excited to see you in a few days. We welcome you to celebrate 57 years of music with Chicago as they play their greatest hits. Below you find all your Ticket and VIP Check-In information. 

TICKETS: if you already have your tickets you are all good to go. If you need to pick up tickets or have questions, please visit on the day-of or contact the Box Office. 

VIP CHECK-IN will be from 5:40PM-6:00PM outside the Box Office. Once you're checked-in you will receive your VIP lanyard, Chicago VIP swag bag, and we are happy to announce that you will get to take a picture with the band. YES, you heard us right, we will have all 10 members in the band and you- our fans, for a picture before the show. We will ask to use your cell phone for the photo, if you do not have a cell phone, we will have a camera there to help take your photo. 

A photo I.D is required for check-in. 
Any person/ group who is late may not be allowed to join in the VIP experience. Anyone who is late can also pick up their tickets at the box office.
