Peter Curtis Pardini Film Wins Top Awards at Austin Film Festival
MAN GOES ON RANT, directed by Peter Curtis Pardini, won four top awards at The Comedy Film Festival in Austin, TX over the weekend. Featuring music by members of Chicago, the film won Best Actor for Brian Villalobos as well as Best Texas Feature, Best Feature and The Audience Award for the film and producer Pardini.
The film is currently in its film festival run and is seeking distribution. The score, also by Pardini features founding member of Chicago Lee Loughnane on trumpet as well as Ray Herrmann on saxophone/clarinet and the Chicago drum section (Walfredo Reyes Jr & Ray Yslas).
Pardini is an award winning film maker and director of Chicago documentaries Now More Than Ever: The History Of Chicago and The Last Band On Stage. Pardini has also produced several Chicago concert films, music videos and behind the scenes productions.
